See Why America Needs A President From "Middle-Class"
Ever since most leaders in South American Countries have refused to join IMF, Kicked all American agencies and influences, The have been Prospering, growing, uniting with Latin Nations and Countries.
What is amazing is the majority of the leaders voted into office have been from the common folks and not the "upper-Class" wealthy to represent them like the United States. The people know that you have to put people from the common fold and not the rich and elite that never do anything for the lower classes than their own. So it seems the South American People are much brighter than the American voters. They have learned from their own experiences and seeing the failing of Americans picking the wealthiest "upper-class" to lead their country.
